The Lotus Professional Series The Perfectionist Oven brings commercial-grade power and versatility to the countertop, clad in brushed stainless steel with an understated industrial look. Seven cooking modes—Bake, Broil, Air Fry, Proof, Toast, Bagel and Warm—cover appetizers, entrees, snacks and desserts, while a wide 80°–550°F range and a 4-hour timer with auto-off after 5 hours give you precise control over every meal.

An integrated temperature probe lets you hit your exact desired temperature, and 360-degree hot air circulation distributes heat evenly. The interior is illuminated by a 25W G9 halogen bulb, and the surprisingly accommodating cavity fits a whole chicken as well as most 9"x13" bakeware. The fully removable side rack system and dishwasher-safe air fry basket, air fry tray, baking pan, broil rack and crumb/drip tray make cleanup simple.
