Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer BOV860ALM1BNA1

The Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer is a multi-tasking countertop oven that combines high temperatures with maximized airflow to deliver crispy air-fried foods, from french fries and chicken wings to pizza and baked cookies. Smart algorithms and sensitive temperature controls eliminate cold spots for precise, even cooking, while 11 cooking functions—toast, bagel, broil, bake, roast, warm, pizza, air fry, reheat, cookies and slow cook—take the guesswork out of meal prep.

Element IQ technology and an LCD display put precise control at your fingertips, and the convection setting reduces cooking time by up to 30% while the oven uses up to 35% less power than a built-in oven. The integrated oven light turns on after the cooking cycle is complete, and the Breville+ app offers step-by-step guidance for tried-and-tested recipes. The included 13-inch nonstick pizza pan, 11 x 13-inch enamel roasting pan, air fry basket, wire rack and broiling rack cover a wide range of meals.
